Sea, sex and sun

Originally from London, Rae Culbert currently lives and works in San Antonio, Texas and has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions including Fundamental, yeah Let's Get Fundamental at Wiggle Room in San Antonio (2004), Silly Bastards . . . at Three Walls, San Antonio ( 2003) and Tora Bora at Sala Diaz in San Antonio (2002). Selected Group exhibitions include: Rae Clay Pip at SMP (Marseille, France, 2004), Ampersand, High Street Project (Christchurch, New Zealand, 2004), HSP at Mori Gallery (Syndey, Australia, 2003). In 1998, Rae received his BFA from the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand.
